- The theatre is equipped with modern safety and security systems and is maintained in accordance with current legislation and best practice guidance.
- Trained staff and stewards are present at all performances and events.
- We work in partnership with local authorities and emergency services to ensure appropriate and proportionate security measures are in place.
- Regular risk assessments are undertaken to support a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
Security Measures
Bag Checks For your safety, bag checks may be carried out periodically in accordance with national security guidance. These checks are conducted respectfully and proportionately by trained staff.
No Liquids On Entry No liquids may be brought into the venue. Any liquids brought to the theatre, including alcoholic beverages, soft drinks and bottled water, may be retained by theatre staff until the end of the performance.
Our licensed theatre bar is open one hour before each performance, during the interval and after the performance. If you require a glass of drinking water at any time during your visit, please speak to a member of The Hafren team, who will be happy to provide this free of charge.
No Glass We kindly ask guests not to bring glass bottles into the theatre. Security staff will remove any prohibited items.
No Large Bags For everyone’s comfort and safety, please avoid bringing large bags into the theatre.
